Vikas A. Aggarwal
Vikas Aggarwal is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. His research centers on strategy issues in entrepreneurial settings, focusing on venture-backed start-ups as well as larger firms experiencing significant environmental change. He is particularly interested in the interdependencies that occur across multiple strategic decisions and the implications of these decision portfolios for outcomes, such as innovation and long-run performance. His work examines sectors such as biotechnology, software, and the US defense industry, and combines empirical studies with agent-based simulations.
Dr. Thomas Hellwig
Prof Dr Thomas Hellwig works as a researcher, teachers and programme director for INSEAD in the field of Organisational Behaviour. He is a trained physician with a doctorate in psychotherapy and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a graduate of the Tavistock Institute for group relations (London).
Adrian Johnson
Adrian Johnson is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and a technology and media entrepreneur. Since 1993 he has co-founded several companies, including Poptel, Germany's first phone-to-phone Internet telephony service provider (VC-funded and successfully sold in a trade sale); Archimation (www.archimation.com), Germany's first architectural animation and visualisation company; MrFootage (www.mrfootage.com), a web-based film footage library; and Eventival (www.eventival.com), the leading online film festival management system.

He is the chairman and founder of the African Leadership Academy, an institution located outside Johannesburg in South Africa that is aiming to develop 6,000 transformative leaders for Africa over a 50-year period. He is also the founder of African Leadership Network, Global Leadership Adventures, and African Leadership University, which is opening multiple universities across Africa with the aim of grooming 3 million leaders by 2060.
